This vintage mid century modern step-back teak lighted china cabinet or display case wall unit was made in Denmark by STM Mobler circa 1970. This lovely cabinet is elegantly proportioned with clean, minimalist lines and is well-crafted from teak wood with a rich, warm tone and beautiful natural grain. The two-piece lighted cabinet features a lower cabinet with two felt-lined drawers over two doors opening on storage with two adjustable and removable shelves. The upper hutch features two glass doors with four removable glass display shelves, the two bottom shelves are also adjustable. The cabinet has fully finished interiors and all doors and drawers have distinctive sculpted wooden handles. This versatile cabinet can be used as a china cabinet, bookcase, bar cabinet, storage or display cabinet, etc. Perfect for home or office. The two-piece construction allows for easier transport and storage. The cabinet has two light bulbs with on/off switches in the display hutch hidden behind the wood panels at the upper shelves. Plug-in cord at back. Stamped on back, STM 93 (model), Made in Denmark.
