Art Deco Cherry & Burl Wood Display China or Bar Cabinet 1930s

This vintage antique Art Deco figured, two-tone wood cabinet likely of English origin is circa 1930. The cabinet is impeccably constructed from richly figured cherry wood and burled book matched veneer and has a clean, geometric profile typical of Art Deco streamline design. This two-piece cabinet features an upper step-back hutch with double glazed glass doors over a lower cabinet with double wooden doors and is raised on square block feet. The interior is fully finished and there are three adjustable and removable shelves in the upper hutch and one removable shelf below. Both sets of doors are lockable with original brass key included. This elegant and versatile piece can be used as a china cabinet, display cabinet, bar cabinet, or storage cabinet — perfect for home or office settings.

CONDITION
Excellent vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Bottom keyhole cover has had minor repairs. Both locks are functioning with original working brass key. Top hutch rests on lower cabinet with two wooden dowels. One of those dowels is missing, but cabinet sits securely. There are three small holes in the top of the lower cabinet where screws were later added as per photos. Minor fading on top of lower cabinet lies underneath upper hutch as per photos.
