This vintage antique Art Deco burlwood sideboard bar cabinet or secretary cabinet is circa 1930. The cabinet is beautifully constructed from richly figured book matched burl veneer and has a clean, geometric profile with gentle curves. This two-piece cabinet features a divided upper hutch with sliding glass doors and display area on the left and drop-down tabletop surface with hidden storage, cubbies and three small dovetailed drawers on the right. The lower section has wooden doors with concealed divider storage and interior shelf. All cabinet doors are locking with four original brass keys included. This elegant and highly versatile piece can be used as a china cabinet or sideboard, bar cabinet, secretary cabinet, etc.
CONDITION
Very good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use and a rustic appearance. Top surface of upper hutch and top of lower section beneath hutch are unfinished as per photos.
