This vintage mid century Scandinavian modern glass hanging pendant light designed by Olle Alberius and manufactured by Orrefors was made in Sweden circa 1960. This premium quality lamp is heavy and well-crafted with a white textured ice chip glass stem and saucer-shaped clear glass shade. The uniquely modern design references traditional, organic form, typical of mid century Swedish design. The pendant lamp takes one standard base bulb and is direct wire with a white plastic ceiling cup. Lightbulb included. Orrefors label at the upper edge.
CONDITION
Excellent vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Clear glass is bright and clean and in excellent condition. Some surface scuffs to white glass as per photos. Has not been cleaned. Lamp is in working order. Lightbulb included.
