This incredible and rare antique velvet Art Deco sofa is circa 1940. The sofa has a classic Art Deco profile with clean, elegant lines and gentle, streamlined curves. It is incredibly well-built and upholstered in a gorgeous navy blue velvet fabric. The design features elegant solid maple wood curved strip accents along the sofa sides and solid maple wood block feet. The two-piece construction provides versatility with the option to use as separate pieces as well as making transport and storage much more convenient. The classic design will complement any style of decor ranging from traditional and transitional to eclectic, Art Deco, mid-century modern, etc.
CONDITION
Excellent vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. A few cracks in wood strips on side, but in-line with vintage character.
