This expertly-crafted two-piece cabinet combines open display shelving, a concealed secretary desk and extensive closed storage. The upper section features open adjustable and removable shelves above a full-width drop-front panel that opens to form a large writing or work surface. The fitted secretary interior includes additional shelving, open compartments and two small removable drawers. The lower cabinet features a single door with interior shelf alongside four wide drawers. The cabinet is fitted with distinctive original brass pulls, exposed brass hardware and dovetailed joinery detail at the drawers and legs. Raised on a separate removable base, the cabinet can be disassembled into three components for easier transport. This versatile cabinet is well-suited as a bookcase cabinet, secretary desk, home office cabinet or general storage and display cabinet.
