The comfortable, contoured ergonomic design features thick, plush cushions, swivel seat and adjustable height and backrest tilt. An adaptation of the commissioned 'Lobby Chairs' for the Time Life building in New York, the 1960 release of the Time Life Lounge Chair brought the chair to the broader public of homes, offices, conference rooms and lobbies all over the US and internationally. Model 3475 introduced later in the 1960s has the width and laid back comfort and swivel of the early 675 model with added height and tilt adjustability.
